Meet our founder — Jean Ricky Belice

Behind every HYP program is a person with a clear vision. In this video, Jean Ricky Belice, founder and director of The Haitian Youth Preocupation, shares the personal story that drove him to create this organization, along with his vision for the future of Haitian youth.

We believe transparency is the foundation of trust. That's why we want you to hear directly from the person behind the mission — not just read about it on a website.

🎥 Watch the video to learn more about who we are, why we exist, and how you can be part of the change.

Meet our Program Manager — Andrew Belice

Every day, Andrew Belice works directly with the community to make sure HYP's programs reach the young people who need them. As program and daily operations manager, Andrew is the bridge between the founder's vision and the reality on the ground.

The family's commitment to this mission shows just how much HYP is more than an organization — it's a personal dedication to the future of Haitian youth.
